Substitutions accepted, very accommodating of special requests, they call if out of something like a flavor of ice cream, wish their menu had more of what they sell, they have many items I don't see at other stores, please add boars head by the pound and other name brands.

The Chicken Caesar sandwich had tiny small pieces of diced chicken instead of fillets as what was advertised. The hero was small and tightly rolled. The Mac aroni salad tasted sour sort of expired, and the pasta in it tasted doughy undercooked.
