Sesame chicken is extremely overcooked and chewy . Chicken gets stringy as you chew it , had to spit many bites out because I couldn't chew it. Note to Chinese resturants. Use dark chicken meat to avoid over dried chewy mess. And stop frying the chicken to death.

Guys I don't know what to tell you but when you sell lemon chicken without a drop of lemon sauce you're not selling lemon chicken... That's just fried chicken.
