I really love good egg foo young, and Four Seasons' is great. Another huge favorite of mine is the chicken with black bean sauce. The sesame chicken is also great. I haven't been disappointed with any of my orders. All were fresh, plentiful, and delicious.

I've had the sesame prawns before and they were better in the past. These prawns had too much glaze and were kind of mushy. The white rice was too mushy and overcooked also, and the egg roll was overcooked. So their food was not as good this time and I usually give them high marks as excellent. When i order their egg drop soup it usually does not have much egg in it, but mostly broth.

All the fried items on the A11. Pu Pu Platter for Two were gross and it didn't include any sweet and sour sauce. The C6. Kung Pao Chicken was bland and had no peanuts. The M3. Beef Moo Shu was okay but very saucy. The soups were okay. The sauce for the dumplings was way too sweet and $10 for dumplings! Was hopeful for this new restaurant to be a decent Chinese food place but was was not impressed.

Chicken Lo Mein had maybe five pieces of chicken in the entire order. It was noodles, barely onion or green paper. Bland and definitely lacked meat!

Overcooked almost everything! Flavor is missing. The BBQ ribs smelled and tasted like they were sitting for days in overcooked sauce. General Tsao was almost all bread and chicken was hard to find. Egg Foo Young is a veggie dish and the menu doesn't mention proteins, came with shrimp? Crab Rangoon and Egg Rolls are NOT supposed to be crunchy on the INSIDE! Beef on a stick? That was a tiny piece of meat stretched down a skewer. I've had beef jerky that was more moist than this! If you like Egg Drop Soup, this is the place. For everything else, visit the competition. This should be ZERO stars but that isn't an option.
