Placed an order for iced Peppermint Mocha Latte with no peppermint, Cafe Latte and a Flat White with almond milk and vanilla. I asked for a call if they could not make the iced mocha with no peppermint, received order, with a tiny Dixie cup of espresso (flat white?) which had virtually no milk and zero vanilla in it. $7.50 for a shot of espresso!!!! Menu said with 5oz of milk...with two shots of espresso, the cup cant even hold 5oz! It's a 4oz cup! Never received a call about the mocha, they just didnt give it to us, and the latte wasnt labeled. Needless to say we will never order from this over priced place again.

Vanilla Caramel Cold Brew was the most watered down coffee I've had.
Doppio espresso tasted like vinegar.
The Plain Bagel with Cream Cheese was the only good thing out of my order. Will not be ordering again.

I won't be ordering from this store again. It's way overpriced for low quality. Not to mention, my order was completely wrong, and I waited an hour and 45 minutes to receive it. I ordered an Egg, Ham and Cheese Croissant, and I got a sausage, egg, and cheese plain bagel. The egg is a tiny microwave patty. They microwaved the cheese on the very bottom of the bagel so all the cheese melted through, none on the sandwich. My espresso latte order was also wrong. I didn't get the extras I paid for.

I did not receive even 1 of the flavors requested. ALL 6 flavors were different than requested. I was not informed or asked what I would like for substitution. I asked for chocolate, chocolate mint chip, strawberry, coconut, Mexican chocolate and 1 other flavor. I got chocolate peanut butter with some god awful gooey stuff, banana pudding with vanilla wafers, rainbow sprinkle, some gawd awful blue colored C r a p. I can't even begin to figure out what the 6th flavor is. Medium to small scoops for $20. Horrific....
