• DoorDash orderI don't know what was going on tonight or who was working, but the onion rings were one burnt mass. The cheese Cheese Fries had a literal Tablespoon of cheese, and the #4 Freddy's Original Patty Melt Combo was so incredibly greasy there was no way my 78 year old grandfather was going to eat it. I just wish people would put a little more care in to what they send out for people to consume. I understand maybe having a bad day or being ready for the day to end, but don't make your customers suffer for it. Especially after paying 80$ on door dash....

• DoorDash orderWhen I checked bag no onion rings. I asked where they were and was told they no longer served them. So I then had to ask what was going to be done in place of the onion rings and the employee was confused. It took several minutes for her to understand I purchased an item and was unhappy I was not getting something I paid for and wanted to get a replacement item. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes for the fries while my already prepared food got cold and shake melted. I enjoy their food but maybe they need to evaluate who the put in front of the customers

• DoorDash reviewThe bean burger and steakburger were great! However, we paid $40.00 to get food that was cold which made it not-so-great. It will be a while before we do that again at Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.
