• DoorDash orderUp until this experience, neither my boyfriend or I had ever had anything less than awesome food from this Freddy's. Tonight we ordered 2 combo meals ($15 each),one meal we chose fries and the other we chose cheese curds.Our order came relatively quick,30 from the time we placed the order.Once the food was delivered we noticed there was no sticker (the sticker restaurants put on the top so youd know if the bags been opened),no napkins,and NO freddys dipping sauce! I even put the dipping sauce on my order which I was charged for, and I was okay with that. But to be charged for a little bitty cup of sauce and then not even be given it is quite maddening. To add insult to injury the "large" cheese curds we ordered not only had a total of just 11 pieces, those 11 pieces were also smashed into one clump, down at the bottom of the cup they came in. Did I mention that the smashed clump was completely soaked in a huge puddle of grease?To say we were disappointed would an understatement.

• DoorDash orderfood was not fresh. you could tell it had been sitting for a whice. at least the fries. not even a little bit warm. I got the turtle sundae. there wa absolutely no pecans or caramel. it was just vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. the hot fudge was all at the bottom.. with the food being so expensive ,i at least wanted fresh fries.

• DoorDash orderThe #3 California Style Double Combo meal I received was NOT good. The burgers were burnt and no tomato. They didn't give me Freddy's sauce when I requested it. The ONLY reason I'm giving two stars is bcz the malt is great. Super disappointed over all especially when I paid $25 for one combo meal...

• DoorDash orderIt is my fault for ordering a chili dog at a hamburger place.. the worst one I've ever had. The price for the hotdog not worth it.. quality was not great. chewy and bread was not soft.

• DoorDash orderordered a chocolate malt w marshmallow flavor and it just tasted like their brownie drink with no solid pieces, seriously overpaid for the addititives since it didn't taste like what i ordered
