The bowl was nice hot and wonderfully made taste great. The chips and dip was very good too hot as well . Highly recommend

I have always love freebirds but for the 3rd time in a row when ordering a steak burrito with extra steak my burrito has been 95% rice and very little steak. I'm not sure if it has even a regular amount of steak let alone the extra steak that I ordered and paid for. The amount of meat is very different ordering in store and ordering on doordash.

Ridiculous to not allow special instructions and not answer the phone. I wanted 4 scoops of salsa and there was hardly any salsa so I paid $30 for a dry burrito

Got the entire order wrong. Ordered a quesadilla with steak and beans and a cold cheese quesadilla came. Also had a chicken burrito with rice and some other stuff and it came with 80% rice. All cheap filler with hardly any meat and beans. A truly terrible experience.
