I love fresco! It is one of my favorite restaurants to get food from. The salsa is great. I highly recommend the fajita santa fe!

I really like Frescos, due to great food quality/portion size and the salsa bar. Have not had a chance to go and really wanted nachos. Ordered vegetarian TJ nachos which sub the meat for black bean and refried beans plus all the normal goodness: Cheese, pico, sour cream, guacamole, jalapeños, etc. The portion was spot on and little cup of queso on the side. Overall very good although the refried beans and the black beans are unremarkable, could use seasoning or something to make vegetarian/vegan patrons feel like less of an after thought. The problem I had, causing subtraction of a star, is that at minimum a half cup of cold, unmelted shredded cheese was added. This should have been melted on the chips, as it cold shredded cheese is such a clash with nachos. Better yet instead of the shredded cheese just sub for queso and you would avoid the issue altogether.

Ordered the Sweet Potato Taco (1 Piece) taco thinking it was vegetarian LOL it's not hahaha! Got the Fresco Burrito with shrimp and it was meh at best, couldnt eat it at all, but the fish tacos were good! Just don't order dinner close to closing, guess if you are night shift you miss out here :)
