Fresh&Co has always had fantactic food! I went with the Falafel Bowl(VG) this time and it was so rich in flavors and very nutritious. Their Cinnamon Roll drink didnt disappoint either, it was the perfect healthy sweet treat to sooth my sweet tooth.

If you're looking for healthy but delicious food, this is the place!
The presentation was great, the flavors were amazing, just the right amount of seasoning. I had the Roasted Salmon Market Plate with brown rice, sweet potatoes and broccoli. This is my new favorite place.

The Create Your Own Grain Bowl was amazing. The Iced La Colombe Cappuccino couldve been packed with more care. It was in the bag wrapped in plastic wrap and it leaked. I also figured it would have more milk in it since its a cappuccino.. it tasted more like an americano with light milk.

The roasted salmon, carrots, broccoli, and sweet potatoes over quinoa were absolutely wonderful. Each one had its own distinct flavor and texture. I have never tasted roasted salmon before, and it will not be my last. It was so moist and flaky. The charred broccoli was tasty and maintained its crunch. The roasted carrots had a natural sweetness and maintained a little of their crunch as well. The chipotle lime vinaigrette that i poured on top of the salmon, vegetables, and quinoa was the best that i have ever tasted. I ordered an extra side of roasted sweet potatoes as a replacement for dessert, and I was well pleased. They were naturally sweet with a hint of cinnamon. I also ordered an Iced La Colombe Latte with almond milk and no sugar. I wanted something other than the water that I had been drinking all day. And, it hit the spot. I would definitely try Fresh & Co next time that I am in the Orlando area.
