This is my first time ordering from Fresh Ethiopian Restaurant. I ordered both vegan combos and the vegetarian sambussa. It's enough for 2-3 people and it's all so good, I won't be sharing! I'm inhaling this food as I type this. I couldn't wait to leave a review!

The restaurant followed my special instructions perfectly which I so appreciate. But the food was awful. It was so overly salted I couldn't eat it. In addition, the seasonings were very very bland. It was not the traditional Ethiopian I am used to

Firstly, giving thanks for the nourishment, the hands that made the food, and access to food! So this tastes different, 3.5 stars. Injera is more Teff based I think so that was unexpected. Im used to softer yellow Peas but the flavor was perfect! Tikil Gomen (Cabbage) was cooked absolutely perfectly! Misir Wot (red lentils) seemed more like shiro wasn’t as enjoyable. Salad was romaine instead of tomato salad which I prefer. I think the veggie combo can use an additional dish inside. Food came super quick! Thank you!
