A traditional Mexican dish form the state of Jalisco. Birria is a beef stew cooked in low heat, consisting of braised beef cooked in spices such as chili peppers, garlic, cumin, bay leaf, adobo and thyme.

All tortas come with: mayonnaise, lettuce, onions, Tomatoes, avocados, pickled jalapeños and french fries.

Our fajitas are grilled and tossed with onions and bell peppers. Served with rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, pico de gallo and your choice of corn or flour tortillas
