I love the Friendly's in Agawam. their food is always cooked perfectly, and they never forget sauces or topping. perfect comfort food for a hard day.

ordered the Jim dandy and the build your own Sunday cup is not even filled ice cream was pretty melted looks like two scoops instead of three not very happy for almost $11 per

Everything is delicious but my issue with this friendly's is that they skimp on the fries every time. I pay an extra $2 for around 4 waffle fries total. The fry cartons are never full sometimes not even halfway.

Soup was mainly broth, hardly any beef and barley ..very few veggies. Westfield is so much better. Waste of money and still hungry!

Aloha stir fry was good but for the cost, the portion was too small. Fishmajig supermen and loaded waffle fries are good as always.
