• DoorDash orderJust rec my order. I love Frozation, but they are VERY inconsistent with the quantity and quality you get. This time I actually have the toppings, but the container is bare half full.

• DoorDash orderOrdered from them twice, and they got our order wrong both times. And one of the times, it was that they put blueberries on one of their premade recipes that comes with strawberries. Were they out of strawberries? No. The other one we ordered that night with strawberries came correct. The other instance when we tried to order the same strawberry one... we received a pineapple dole whip instead. It was supposed to be cheesecake froyo with fresh strawberries.
The portion sizes between two different cups can be vastly inconsistent, but the cost was the same. And I would complain that the menu has no toppings list also, but I'm not going to order again so it doesn't really matter to me anymore I guess. Something other people might care about though.
Cool spoons though.
