I love Szechuan food. I love Fugu! My new favorite is Dry Hot Pot Beef. I usually add mushrooms, bok choy tips, extra garlic. They always hook it up and don't even charge for the extras. I wish they accepted the Dash Pass but it's worth every penny. If you've never tried West Lake Beef Chowder. You should give it try. It's hard to explain what it is but it's a minced beef and egg white soup with cilantro galore. If you want to kick it up a notch ask for a side of black vinegar. I also use my vinegar to dip my beef in it from my Dry Pot. If you like American style Cantonese food they have all of that stuff too. The serving sizes are huge and they have never messed up a single order of mine.

normally I have to ask for my kung 115. Szechuan Style Kung Pao Chicken to be spicy T other restaurants, but not this one. it wS perfect.

The fried rice was good...the crab rangoon was sweet. I don't understand why restaurants are adding sugar to their crab rangoon...it's unnecessary... especially when it is served with sweet and sour sauce. I've had ice cream sundaes that had less sugar.
