I've been eating at Fujis since the day they opened and they have some of the best hibachi dinners.

The amount of food gets less and less every time we order from here. VERY pricey for (7) overcooked pieces of filet mignon and (6) shrimp in Hibachi Dinner Combination. Any special instructions - rarely used. No extra sauce (like Yumyum / Seafood Sauce or dumpling sauce) sent even tho I paid for them. They forgot (2) orders of the gyoza as well. The filet in my Hibachi Dinner Combination was WELL past the medium rare ordered. Steak in hubby's Fuji Special Hibachi Dinner was also cooked medium well vs the med rare ordered. There were at least (3) different kinds of noodles mixed together in the Kid's Chicken and the Hibachi Dinner Combination.

Ordered the Hibachi Dinner Combination (shrimp&filet mignon). The veggies were cooked to perfection and still had crunch. Heavy on the garlic in every dish. The shrimp were overcooked and chewy. The "filet" was NOT a filet - it was the regular cuts of steak bc there was fat on a couple pieces and more marbling than a decent filet has. Then, to add "insult to injury", the amount of said steak was TINY! I would expect the Hibachi Dinner Combination more than 6 pieces of meat/steak. The Kid's Chicken is quite tasty and a good bit of food. 11yr old can eat dinner and lunch on Kid's Chicken. Yumyum / Seafood Sauce and Dumpling Sauce were used on everything from the Gyoza to shrimp to Kid's Chicken to rice in all of our dishes. The Gyoza appetizer is SOOO good - enough that I don't share lol. The Spicy Crawfish Roll had ZERO spicy mayo, eel sauce, wasabi or chopsticks to eat the roll w/.
With Fuji's prices, the restaurant should:
1. Double check orders to ensure they're made/cooked/packed correctly.
2. INCLUDE condiments, utensils and chopsticks! They literally put "X - DO NOT INCLUDE UTENSILS AND CONDIMENTS" on the DoorDash receipts.

The salad was lacking much other than a $1 head of lettuce and some ginger sauce for $3. You get a whole head of lettuce for much less than $3.
The sushi was below par and I didn't have ginger or wasabi. Guess another try to make money yet screw your customers.

Mardi Gras rolls looked amazing but something wasn't right. Something tasted spoiled so I tried another thinking foolishly maybe it was my tastebuds but, same taste. Hopefully it was a bad batch but I will not be ordering again
