Tonight's order was more cooked food than we usually get, but everything was like always outstanding. My son kept thanking me for the meal and I want to say thank you to Fujiyama. Thank you for always having fresh ingredients. Thank you for having consistent flavor profiles for all of your different foods. Thank you for being a restaurant.I can trust. The 2 Chicken Teriyaki, Salmon Ball, Eel Avocado Hand Roll, and Vegetable Spring Rolls were wonderful. My son said it couldn't have tasted any better. He insisted the food was perfection.

The Chicken Dumpling and Chicken Tempur Roll, are so good. One of my favorite lunches. SO good!!

First time order. Exceptionally good food. Forgot my peanutsauce for spring rolls, however received steak and shrimp entree either by accident or bonus for Valentines Day. That was scrumptiuos as well.
