Gaia & Loki is always a hit! Even if you're not vegan, I recommend this place. You get your money's worth in quality and portion size of the food, please never change! The Empanada Platter - Plant base meat are so tasty and juicy inside while being perfectly crunchy outside and you get three nice sized empanadas in an order. The Superfood Spectrum Salad is so fresh and filling. I love the Shredded coconut on top which adds a nice sweetness and texture to the salad.

So dang tasty. Big portions and just really well done. The breaded eggpant is perfectly crisp and the eggplant cuts easily since it's been cooked so well. The pasta and marinara sauce complement it well too. This is my second time ordering it from Gaia and Loki after trying their other dishes and this is my favorite, hands down. Highly recommend.

the Gaia Pineapple Burger just hits the burger craving right on the mark sweet, juicy, savory, perfect foccacia bun. You can taste the love that went into every bite. The onion rings are so fresh and crispy. New favorite meal from there!

The description for the Harvest is NOT accurate. It's listed under salads, but it says marinated (sounding cooked) kale, spinach, and roasted butternut squash. Kale and spinach were not cooked or marinated. The squash seemed raw or barely cooked. And the farro that was mentioned was barely there. Just a few pieces sprinkled on top. I ordered it thinking the farro would be dense and filling enough. I got mostly raw spinach and kale with a little bit of cubed squash and feta and a bunch of pecans and cranberries. The peach vinaigrette dressing was good so it was tasty, but totally not what I expected and not worth $20, almost $30 with fees and tip. Highly disappointed. It was my first time trying the place and I would give it a 2nd chance with another dish, but fix the Harvest description and put in listed ingredients.

The Mexican soup was pretty good, but eggplant parmigiana was awful, there was very tiny layer of eggplant, but mostly thick layer of breading. So basically bread with pasta that did not taste that great. There was very little value for me in this deal. I am disappointed. :/
