Thanks for the rec DD! It sounded good so I ordered. Wasn't sure how big the sandwiches were so I got 2 to be safe - the Seoul Star (without the chili flakes for this try) and the regular sandwich. I actually could have done just one, now that I see how decently sized they are. But hey I was hungry...
Am demolishing the Seoul Star as I write. The fillet is thick and tender. This sandwich definitely earns future repeats. Haven't tried the regular sandwich yet but I think it's a foregone conclusion that though it's simpler it will be just as yummy if that fillet is involved. Well done Gardenbird!
