i ordered pork sisig, pork bbq, ginataang kalabasa & 2 orders of isaw. dasher called & told me 1 item(pork sisig) is not available. talked to a lady fr gatsby, told me she can replace lechon kawali for pork sisig, told her to cancel missing item since last time i ordered lechon kawali, it's not good, it's like several days old, even if i reheat it in oven- not crunchy. my order took a long time & dasher was waiting all along, when my order finally arrived i only got 1 isaw & pork bbq. dasher told me to call restaurant but no one's answering.. ask help fr doordash & gave me credit for missing items plus additional $10 for inconvenience.. Gatsby, been ordering from you for several times now.. please have the decency to inform customer if you dont have item.

I ordered halo halo, pork barbecue and rice but what I got was kare kare and the big crispy pata! I don't know how I am going to eat it this without rice! I am staying at the hotel and what a big inconvenience! I was craving for my halo halo since we don't have that where I live! Unbelievable!
