Geisha is usually consistently good. Hibachi-Style Shrimp tonight was undercooked and the rice was not "sticky". None of the ingredients had the normal flavor, it all lacked flavor in general.
Gyoza Dumplings were the expected quality.

the Spicy Salmon roll tasted like it was old salmon. there was the tiniest bead of wasabi. not nearly enough for the seven rolls plus the Sashimi Sampler . do better next time.

The order arrived very fast and everything was excellent. The cucumber salad was huge, a lot bigger than it usually is. All the roll were delicious.
