The Casino arrived not as pictured. It had no veg on it, no sprouts, lettuce, onion or anything. The cheese, meat, and horseradish is way too bitter without anything else balancing it out. Bring back "build your own," or at least let us customize the pre-mades.

What happened to "build your own?" Each specialty sandwich I've ordered has been gross. The Broadway has too much mayo, and why no mustard? Why no lettuce or onion? Why can't we customize anymore?

the breed was not toasted enough, the pastrami was not grilled, there was no sauerkraut and too little Russian dressing. It was not up to quality I am used to getting from Genova.
