• DoorDash orderThe dish came with white rice, I did not realize that because it was not mentioned on the menu so I bought two extra rice sides. I got medium spice it was not too hot so it was fine. My protein was beef and lamb, the meat is not marinated so I would definitely recommend getting some sort of sauce: Garlic sauce is minced garlic , (I felt this extra sauce was needed as a garlic lover otherwise you will not have garlic in the dish), sesame seed sauce was rich and pure w/no other ingredients added so you may want to add soy sauce or sugar to bring out the flavor. The fermented bean curd sauce was something I never had before it just tasted strange I did not like it. I would recommend soy*, garlic*, vinegar, Chile and sesame sauces. I felt the dish needed some pickled vegetables, the daikon is spicy but not pickled. The black fungus is a weird mushroom with a strange texture that requires some getting use to. I got the Japanese noodles because I personally don't like clear noodles.
