Wow, I'm so grateful this restaurant is back, and even better - it's in Miramar! I had lost touch with them when they closed during covid and am grateful to see it popped up near my neighborhood on Doordash. This is a family-run business that I'm sure many San Diegans missed when they closed down for a while. They also offer gluten-free teff injera by request and had some on hand, which was soft and yummy. In fact, all the food was excellent with really great packaging too with containers you can re-use and the bag was taped shut so the food stayed warm. :) Thanks so much to the owner, Mercy and her family! So glad to find you again! I will definitely be reordering and recommend others support this business. :)

Ordered the Lamb and Chicken with injera, rice, and Sambusa. The meat dishes also came with an additional vegetable side which were delicious! We got the cabbage and eggplant sides which had great flavor. The sambusa was a little dry unfortunately. Overall the price was a great value!
