• DoorDash orderThe chicken was very thin and the cutlet was incredibly small, there was hardly any penne, and the sauce tasted like it came straight from a jar. I will not order from here again. Incredibly disappointed.

• DoorDash reviewOrdered Chicken Parmigiana. Received one small, very thin slice of chicken, the breading sliding off, a handful of undercooked penne underneath. I can't believe that this would be an acceptable dish to serve if I had come in the restaurant in person.

• DoorDash orderThe Veal Parmigiana was perfect, coked just right, but the pasta underneath was overcooked and had no flavor (also was penne and not the linguine they used to use) - also not enough sauce on the dish. I have had this before when the South End location was open- definitely not up to normal standard.

• DoorDash orderChicken Parmigiana was an impressive piece of high quality chicken, what I'd expect of Giacomos. HOWEVER, in the 10 minutes that it took to deliver the entree, the entree arrived cold, limp, and with insufficient sauce on it.
I guess there are some entrees that are more stable for dine-out/delivery service, than others. This one was a bust; marginally edible.
