hands down one of the best places in the valley and definitely the best place in sunland to get pizza subs pasta ! the Pepper Steak & Egg is a 10/10 . been eating here for years , never had an issue .

Sure has changed...bucket of spaghetti doesnt seem to come with extra sauce on the side anymore. The amount of sauce with the spaghetti was barely enough to coat...so dry. The salad is smaller too and no longer has peperoncini's and carrots. So sad.

Sandwich usually has no flavor so i request mayo and mustard on the side and did not receive it. I ordered a medium soda and they were outof medium instead of giving me a large they send me a bottle of water. I dont want bottled water. I definitely dont want to pay 3$ for a bottle of water:
