Sadly This place has gone way down hill...we had frozen stale bagels delivered this morning...obviously they are not baking them fresh in the morning any longer! and they were like a Bagel Jerky.
The one star is for the cream cheese as it was decently good.
Sad to say this once wonderful place was so great only to become such a disappointment.

I always get this sandwich and have never had issues with it. I asked for lightly toasted, my bagel was hard, almost too hard to bite even, and tasted stale. :/ kinda sad about it. I just ate the middle

While we know that Gibs doesn't always fill the order correctly, we continue to order because the food is great. Most of the time they forget small details on the sandwich, this time they forgot the chips altogether.
