Always impressed, menu has a great variety. Food is always fresh and extremely tasty. Portions are large, even if it states small in the combination menu. I am a larger man and the 8. Two Burritos (Choice) Small Size was more than enough to feed me, and could probably feed two people looking for a lighter meal. The Birria Taco was absolutely delicious, and the Super Nachos were massive.

Great variety of meats offered with burritos and tacos here. Some can definitely be hit or miss, for instance our Burrito Milanesa was hard to eat because of single chunk of tough meat running through the burrito. Others had a few obviously not-so-fresh main ingredients too. Food is very undersalted so bring your own seasonings.
But the price-to-quantity of 2 portion 'combination plates' make up for it. 8. Two Burritos (Choice) Small Size is roughly $8 per single adult portion after tax which is unheard of, especially in this town where dining out is relatively overpriced. And that is a 'full' portion too. Light eaters can easily get 3 meals out of a Two Combo plate.
Also love that red salsa is adequately spicy and green isn't spicy at all. Because you really need the sauce with their food.

Ordered the Quesadilla Supreme, description reads grilled steak, chicken, & shrimp. I received a rather large amount of ground meat instead. Which was good, just not what I ordered. Service at the restaurant is always good & they have the best flan in town.

The dish was exceptionally delicious, and I find myself wanting another serving, though I must be mindful of my health. It was generously filled with a rich amount of cheese, making it truly satisfying. In all honesty, I dine at this establishment at least once a day, and every item I have tried has been outstanding. I strongly encourage the consideration of expanding to more locations throughout Minnesota, as I believe there would be a significant demand and potential for success.
