Ginger has ALWAYS, ALWAYS, met my expectations when ordering take-out. Their Shrimp Tempura Roll is delicious. Arrives warm and crispy EVERY-SINGLE-TIME. The Spicy Kani Salad is also DELICIOUS. I personally love it with a little bit of Eel Sauce. Just YUM!! Hibachi Bowls are also a must try if you haven't! Shrimp with lo-mein, broccoli, sweet corn, cucumber and yum-yum sauce is my go to. Crab Rangoons are HUGE.

I ordered salmon and added shrimp to my bowl. there were 10 tiny shrimp which I guess wasn't too horrible for the $5.99 up charge. But there wasn't hardly any salmon. Two thin, over cooked pieces. I also ordered the spring rolls. They taste like they're frozen, premade rolls. Not fresh and unique.

Ordered Hibachi bowl with brown rice, tofu, ginger sauce, green beans, broccoli, spinach and cilantro. Excellent flavor and fresh ingredients. Everything I have tried from here so far has been wonderful.

I just ordered the 3 sushi rolls - Philadelphia, eel and avocado, and tempura shrimp - and they were all delicious. The tempura shrimp was still crunchy! The seaweed salad was so-so - it could have been brighter in taste and fresher in crunch.
