I've been a customer for years, have never ordered the Imperial Roll Noodle Bowl before, so thought I'd try it out. it was a bowl of at least 80% lettuce 'filler', so disappointing especially at their prices. I should have returned it but it was delivered via door dash and I was too tired to return it myself.

I had tried way many Pho places.
This one is on my top 3
The broth by itself is tasty, and that only happens when the food is properly cooked, meaning a deep balance between spices, vegetable scent, and meet juice.
Generous portions for the side veggies and sauces ( I just used a hint of the sauce because the soup was tasty by itself).

One of my favorite Bahn Mi's I've had. The bread is perfectly crisp and soft. Flavors from the jalapeño , cilantro, green onions complimented the pork perfectly. Cant wait to order to order this again.
