The Crystal Shrimp sure hit the spot. The shrimp are crispy and the sauce is unbelievably creamy. Was it as good as it would be if I'd eaten in the restaurant, no. But it was a delicious treat to get myself through the rest of the work day.

In the past the Pad Thai has always been really good, lots of flavor and tasty noodles. Well tonight my Pad Thai tasted old, stale and looked very unappetizing. Our Fried Rice also tasted old/stale. Like it's been reheated a dozen times. We didn't eat it....I've never had a bad experience with Ginger Rootz before, so I'm a little bummed. On the bright side my husband ordered Gen Tso Chicken and that was very tasty! Nori Salad is always a hit too.

General Tso's chicken tasted weird like the texture wasn't how it always is, the egg roll was very mushy and I threw them out. Plus both the egg rolls and dumplings came with no sauce. We go to the restaurant all the time with no issues and were expecting this to be the same experience, disappointing.

Such a disappointment - the flavor is very strange and the only thing that really connects it to "pad Thai" is the little peanut topping. Sadly this tasted like something you'd make at home with a jar sauce- very weird taste and more of a sweet chili sauce?
