Ordered the Cheesy Legend Deep Dish which was really good and the Cheese Build Your Own Thin Crust which was also good. I gave four stars because it showed my order was ready when I went to pick it up it needed another 25 minutes! So I dont know why they put it was ready on the app when it was not.

Pizza was 5 star and the hand rolled cheese sticks, tasty and perfect crunch . Cheesecake was yummy. Sadly ,the to-go marinara dipping sauce was old and brown and the to-go strawberry sauce had soured .

Everything arrived hot and packaged well. Great deep dish, really tasty Famous Handrolled Mozzarella Sticks. Best deep dish delivery in Chicago.

The pizza and order was correct, but the woman working the take out order was very rude. Order was expected to be ready by 8:39pm, I checked in with the pickup counter at that time and the order wasn't ready. At around 9:00pm, the lady working the to go order yelled out she "needed a carry out order", then looked at me as if I was that person. She made a look like I should've understood. Then made an insulting gesture as if I was an idiot. I approached the counter, and my order still wasn't ready. At about 9:15pm, she called my name for me to get my order. I had ordered a can of Pepsi, which she informed me they were out of the can size, and I could choose another, even though there were bottles of Pepsi in the cooler that she ended up giving me begrudgingly. I understood it was a Friday night, and she was busy. I also understand my order being 15 mins late. But for the order to be 30 mins late, and receive the attitude was unacceptable.
