Everything was delicious. I called and asked for an extra hoisin sauce, which I received...but no utensils, again. I would enjoy this a lot more with chopsticks and a soup spoon. But the soup is delicious and I will order from them again!

Springtime Roll Solstice - spring rolls were good and hit the spot. I assume the rest is ment to be tost together in some kind of noodle salad? And ment to justify the $20 charge for 5 rolls? There is half a container on noodles and the other half filled with vegetables so in that sence there is a large amout of food. The disappointing thing was that the rolls were placed on topof the noodles and veggies making half of each side soggy instead of crunchy.
Chicken Pho-rtune - can be sum up by saying "bland" If youre sick or have a picky eater this may be just what you need but all the flavor comes from adding sriracha, oyster sauce, or salt even. The noodles and chicken are in a separate bowl from the broth which is not inmy helpful for dividing portions but keeps the noodles from getting mushy. The noodles do stick to hard but as soonas you ad the broth they easily start separating on their own without any effort. I added the egg and I shouldve known better since it was hard instead of runny.

It was just okay. The veggie pho was mostly broth & rice noodles, very light on the veggies and missing tofu. I didn't love the Naked Noodles & Blissful Broth broth. I prob won't order again, but not bad, just not good either.
The spring rolls were just rice noodles, lettuce and tofu and it wasn't possible to req a different sauce than peanut to which I have an allergy, so dry and not very flavorful
Love that it is gluten-free!

Very good Vegan Pho (Ravishing Rau)! All ingredients felt fresh. This was much better than the other thing I tried last time. I recommend it!
More Hoisin sauce would have been appreciated
