I got the chicken pad kee mao empire and it was absolutely delicious! The noodles were so soft with the perfect amount of chew and everything was so flavorful. And as a celiac, I got no reaction to this food. But if possible, please make a website or a decription providing the lengths you go to make sure your food is gluten free, it will give many celiacs some peace of mind.
