Tantan Men is I believe my all time favorite ramen here. First time trying the Garlic Eggplant Roll and it was absolutely delicious, lots of flavor and very filling. The Spicy Vegan Tuna roll was so fresh and delicious as well. Couldn't ask for a better meal. Very satisfied with all the flavors together.

I was taken aback by the taste and texture of this dish! The Japanese flavors were outstanding! The broccoli was cooked perfectly and the vegan chicken had a char like no other I've had before! If you're into bland foods look somewhere else but if you enjoy authentic seasoning and savory spices, Gokoku Ramen Shop is NECESSARY!

Too much rice for me on the spicy tuna. Favor was on point but the amount of rice was a little too hefty for me. But if you like sticky rice you'll love it ! My roommate is Vegan and introduced this restaurant, we love the popcorn roll! It's a repeat favorite!

The food was great. I am sometimes turned off by inari but this preparation had a succulent sweetness, dimensions of smokiness, and a bit of tang that was complemented nicely by the accompanying slightly tart and crisp slaw (it tasted like apple and maybe cabbage with the right amount of vinegar). The aburaage was delicate and had a nutty richness accentuated by the sweet, slightly sticky rice inside. The spicy miso ramen was not spicy at all but had great body and nuanced levels of acidity (and the aromatics of spice were present / discernable--hints of jalapeño and Thai chili--just not so potent on the palette). I think I would love this ramen even more if it had (at least an option for) an added level of heat. I also regret not adding the egg (the added richness would've certainly enhanced the depth of flavor and provided some richness to the dish). The broth was clean, sharp and refreshing, nuanced enough to savor but so cravable and pleasing . I also thought the ramen itself was cooked well and had a pleasant texture. The food took a while to arrive (about an hour) but was well worth the wait. Great for colder weather and these precarious times. Thank you for the nourishing and refreshing meal!

The vegan teriyaki was amazing and the sushi was per. Good quality and good portion. The menu overall is great. Customer services was nice when I called to make any changes.
