delicious. lots of broth, i had some left over. noodles were tender and chewy. a generous amount of green onions and cilantro 🤤
i got extra spicy and it honestly wasn't too spicy, had the flavor but didn't burn my taste buds off lol

Ihad the Lanzhou Beef Chow Mein / 蘭州傳統炒麵. Itwas very tasty, but the meat had a lot of unchewable pieces in it, unfortunately. They did make the noodles extra thick exactly how I wanted though, so I appreciate that. They should put the cucumber salad in a leakproof container too since it was all over everything by the time we got it. lol

Soup tasted amazing, right amount of spice and flq. I just wish they followed the only instruction I put about not adding cilantro. It was printed with my order but still added on top. I was able to remove most of it so not that big of a deal.

ICE COLD!!
I dont own a microwave so im not even able to heat this up. This is my 3rd time ordering from this place, the first time was amazing: freshand hot.
The last 2 times have been cold and now ice cold, like from the fridge cold.
