I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy as a side and it wasn't in my order, instead was an extra roll . They told my dasher they were out of Zing sauce and couldnt replace it with gravy due to extra charge and gave me ranch. Chicken strips were small and dry. Not worth $19 total.

Roasted Chicken by the Piece was a little spicy than expected but still delicious. Never tried it before but will order again even though it wasn't freshly cooked. Maybe next time it will be freshly cooked.

We ordered the 8 PC mixed chicken, but when we got the order, it was just fried chicken. And of course, we did not get a refund for the difference. The mashed potatoes were very bland and the dirty rice was mushy. We will not be ordering from them again.

I usually enjoy this but today not only did it take almost an hour for them to prepare my order but there were items missing. Also, be aware that the cups for the large sides is smaller.
