Twice ive ordered from this restaurant both time it took over an hour for them have it ready. The second time they forgot my fries and seasoning i ordered.

I ordered the combo wit h a drink, but did not receive the drink. Also, staying at hotel, and Golden Chick did not provide any plastic ware to eat Cole Slaw or Mac n cheese. To top it off, there were no napkins for the greasy chicken.
