Didn't cover all the rice with the chicken this time like they usually do on the Bourbon Street Chicken . Guess it was just the person who made it this time.

The meal was excellent in all respects. The roast was both tender and flavorful . The mashed potatoes with brown gravy spread on top of them complimented the pot roast.

Not enought gravy.
