About
We've been pleasing Tucson's taste buds every day since our restaurant opened in 1990. Our tasty and genuine meals keep our customers coming back for more and have earned us the title of Best Ch…
Wonton soup has always been a favorite of mine since I was young. This place really beats everyone else when it comes to the soup. This was the first place I got takeout when I moved to Tucson and the only place I've been since. Food is always spectacular and the staff is always very welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for some Chinese food. You probably won't go anywhere else afterward.

If you like American Chinese food and have taste buds then stay away from this place. The only thing that had taste, flavor, and was almost worth 1/2 the price was the Northern Style Vegetables.
General Tso's Chicken. The General would have spit it out. It was lacking in either scallions or onions, had no chili on it, wasn't hot, had very little (if any) batter, and was 100% "flavorless chicken with a sweet red sauce." You could do better putting Taco Bell sauce on chicken and adding some green onions or scallions.
The summer rolls were large, and "large" works great for steaks, hot dogs, apple pie, but not for something where you expect the inside to be as good as the outside. Unfortunately these were not. They could do 2/3 the unfresh veggies and make it properly.
The egg rolls were great. They were like 1/2 the size of the summer rolls, but properly seasoned, and fried to perfection EVEN AFTER traveling 30 minutes to get to the house. Normally we air-fry things to rejuvinate them... these eggrolls were great as is. Unfortunately they had no meat (pork) in them, but to be fair there's no mention of meat in the online description and it is the same price as the vegetarian eggrolls.
Condiments. 2 packets of "toss-it" soy sauce. We use Tamari. Would have accepted Kikkoman (more salt, not natural). The mustard was the runny non-hot kind. Sorry, we use S&B in this house and if you mix S&B with a bit of water, ouch!!!
Utensils. Disposable chopsticks were not provided. $0.50 in many places including Amazon, $0.25 at Restaurant Depot and other local outlets. ZERO provided. Forks? Yeah those are $0.25 at Amazon and ZERO were provided.
Pre-pandemic this was a great place to order from. Post-pandemic if they can't be bothered to put heat in General's chicken (and add scallions or green onions) or meat in the eggrolls... or properly size so you can cook the summer rolls, or ... well you get the point.
Would I ever order from them again: NO

I'm leaving 4 stars as $70 and only one tiny bit of sauce. Will not order again.
