Mavis and Ephraim Hawthorne, the parents of our founder Lowell Hawthorne, owned Hawthorne & Sons Bakery in St. Mary, Jamaica, for more than 50 years with the aid of their 11 children.
Everything is so delicious. Highly recommend the patties, good size and great flavor!

Coco Bread* was old, dry, and crusty and so was the Vegetable Patty* the stSteamed Vegetables* and the Fried Plantains* were good

I ordered the oxtail plate with rice and peas , Spicy Beef Patty* and Coco Bread* the main meal was so disappointing. No flavor I either the meat nor the rice . The meat was damn near bones . The bun was soft to perfection, the patty was flaky and flavor (everything you would want in a patty 👌🏿.For the price I paid I was expecting more at least in the flavor department . I wouldn’t order from them again .
