The best Thai resto in the entire valley. The food is so authentic from differents herbs and flavors. Serving size is reasonably enough for the price, the presentation it has banana leaves in take out boxes, the flavors and meat combinations they used is 5 star... including the side dishes and sauces. Just very grateful they are doing business here in Manteca and 5 star to the chef for delicious food.

Portions appear smaller than expected, but the quality and flavor was definitely worth it. at first glance I thought I would be disappointed. The first bite of the Crying Tiger / เสือร้องไห้ was a burst of flavor. Then a bite of the Cheese Pad thai was like falling in love. The crunch, the dancing flavors of sweet, savory, sour and the hint of spices all worked amazing together. What a relief to have another Thai restaurant nearby with amazing food.

Many years ago, a Thai-Chinese couple moved into the town where I lived and they opened a Thai take out restaurant. They had many interesting items on the menu, but I really liked the Pad Prik khing , which is what I ordered tonight.
Back then, they made the food what I call "melt-your-ears" spicy. I ordered this one "Hot", which seemed to be the 4th most spicy. I also ordered a Thai iced coffee because it's been a while since I've had more than DeeDee's coffee packets. I also ordered steamed rice.
Prik Khing is a dish that I expect to be simple and delicious. I ordered vegetarian because I need more protein and less meat. This one was very colorful. It wasn't spicy, for me, anyway. It had a good taste and I think I'll eat it with beef next time, and ask for something more spicy. Perhaps, I'll go into the restaurant.
The Sticky RIce was not easy to eat and I ended up throwing out most of it. It was fairly expensive for the little, hard scoop.
The iced coffee was worth it and made me smile.
I need to go to the restaurant and try the Tom Yum soup and more. There are very few real Thai restaurants in the area, so this one is useful and the food is good.

The Yellow Curry/ แกงกะหรี่, Pad Kee Pad Kee Mao/ ผัดขี้เมา, Basil Fried Rice/ ข้าวผัดกะเพราคลุก, and Spring Fried Rolls / ปอเปี๊ยะทอด are fantastic dishes. One of the best spots in town for Thai cuisine!
