• DoorDash order- i order earl grey milk foam tea, but you have no earl grey but you dont call me to let me know, and you just but the tea only, and i add white pearl but you add black pearl
- the strawberry almond smoothie is not smoothie, its just tea with strawberry flavour???, and no almond jelly as description
- yesterday i ordered 5 cups, but you out of stock one cup but you dont call me, and I didnt get the refund yet
