I'd say this is the worst boba ever. I got the Strawberry Milk Tea and it tasted too sweet even if I got 30%. My friend got the Taro and she got 50% sugar and it tasted like it had no sugar. Taro was good, the only issue is no sugar. The Strawberry Milk Tea tasted horrible.

I understand that sometimes things can and do go wrong because people are human and mistakes happen. I normally only leave stars and don’t say anything about my orders, but this particular order was really bad. I’m writing this review in the hopes that things change in the future. First, the teas are absolutely superb! My favorites are their Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea and their Strawberry Milk Tea. The problem is if you cant get what you've ordered then it doesn't really matter how great their drinks are. I don't know if they've hired some new people recently or that they haven't trained their people correctly, but my last 4 orders all have been incorrectly prepared. It is the things like sugar level, amount of ice, and which toppings have been added that are not right.
For this order, I ordered 6 different teas and not one of them was correctly prepared. Each drink had the wrong amount of ice, toppings were missing on the two teas that I ordered (and paid extra for) toppings on, and 2 large teas were filled up only 3/4 of the way. While I still believe that Gong Cha has the best bubble tea in town, the people working there need to have better attention to detail when preparing customer orders. I hope that this review will encourage management to figure out what is happening with their quality and make changes so that things improve going forward.
When prepared according to my order, though, there is no better bubble tea in Lubbock than Gong Cha!

Really gross.. I orderd the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea - Cold and it's not popping boba and the Oreo foam is super salty:( just not worth $10

they didn't give me my tea claiming it was out of stock and was supposedly rude to the Dasher when they asked for the order.
