Had issues with my DoorDash and the store went above and beyond to make things right. They truly serve their customers and give amazing customer service. They even sent a little gift with a note and it was the sweetest thing to make up for DoorDash messing up. I will be referring all my coworkers to them and continue to brag about how amazing they are. Not to mention their drinks are AMAZING.

Everything is made correctly every time. Also I was curious how they would send me Spicy Shin Ramen. They sent me the bowl of dry ramen, then a full insulated cup of hot water. Worked perfectly. Nice snack with my drinks :)

Smooth earthy and just what I needed to start my day. Gong cha has so many good beverages but my go to is the Matcha Tea Latte add Foam Milk

The tapioca has been mushy on my last orders. Everything else has been great. Just need to keep them more fresh and not use the older ones bc it losses its chewy.
