Goodberry's has become a comfort food for me. I get the Regular Concrete vanilla custard with bing cherries, tart cherries, pineapple, and chocolate chip. The chocolate chips are actually these delightful shaved chocolate pieces. Cherries are juicy. They should call it The Rose because it's my own special combo. So refreshing. My gf always gets a more chocolate based Mini Concrete and she always finishes hers too.

Good Berry ice cream always tastes the same. It is always good, but the tiny cup of strawberries was ridiculously overpriced—$10 for a small container. I will never order it again.

1999 is when I had my first GB concrete. The flavor still taste the same after all these years. I love the simplicity of a chocolate concrete with Oreo topping which allows me to truly appreciate the good quality of custard.

Terrible customer service. I stood at the window for at least 3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I understand that it was a busy time, but it only takes seconds to say "we'll be with you shortly." So many employees working and not a single person did that. When I finally recieved my ice cream, which was a simple pick up, the young man didnt make any eye contact, and didnt say anything at all. Common courtesy and customer service is seriously lacking.
