Absolutely great cookies. I love that when I ask for extra frosting on a double doozie, I get it.

Absolutely awful customer service I ordered 4 slices and they gave me one slice and told me it was one of a quantity of four I mean come on for 20$ for one slice really sad that this is the way they r acting

Today was our 20th wedding anniversary. My husband had to work out of town. I ordered a cookie cake for delivery to my husband via DoorDash. The cookie was cute and had the colors I requested, BUT there was no hook as pictured in the Great American Cookie example picture. The example picture had the "Y" from the word "You" as the hook, but it wasn"t like that on the cookie he received. The hook is what makes the theme of the "Hooked on You" cookie! He enjoyed receiving the delivery but I was disappointed that it wasn't exactly what I had ordered.

I ordered this soeciei cookie cake and got nothing but a plain cookie cake for almost 40 dollars. Very disapointing.
