Food was excellent - Cran Crumble Crunch Salad was very fresh, and sandwiches were tasty. Only giving four stars because, once again, the bags of chips ordered were not included. This is the second time this has happened.

there's 1 piece of bacon and they cut it in half, the blt is mostly lettuce and tomato. I also checked to add Avocado but they didn't put any. we're supposed to have 2 bags of chips but they only added 1 bag. that's disappointing. I liked this place but I guess I won't be ordering or going there anymore.

I normally love Great Harvest, but I couldn't believe how thin the meat was and the bland flavor of the Josh is a Turkey Sandwich and Rodrigo's Roast Beef Sandwich. They were not what was advertised. Also, each of my 3 sandwiches were supposed to include a cookie, which was not included ( unless the Doordash driver took them). Very disappointing. I also didn't get a receipt with my order. Also, why would I want to include a tip if I don know what sort of service I'll be receiving.

There are things that I like here. But the cinnamon roll I ordered today was so horrible! Undercooked and goopy. So bad it was inedible. And from past experience if your meal comes with a cookie, the cookie will be forgotten 3 out of 4 times. They need to do better.
