It's really good but no where near the amount of meat the picture shows. The philly looked like I ordered it from subway, the thinest strip of meat. The Hot Pastrami would be a great sandwich everything is cooked perfectly but you get a fraction of the sandwich The Hat sells but somehow even costs more.

This is one of the best restaurants in Simi. The Phil n Stein burger was delicious. One of the best I've had anywhere. Turkey hoagie was great as usual and their fries and onion rings beat all others we've had elsewhere. Also, their customer service is excellent.

I order this place like 4 to 5 times a week, always amazing. the Oh My Fries - w/bacon are heavenly, and I've never had a better tasting burger anywhere. I definitely recommend it.
