• DoorDash reviewThe meat was burnt and skimpt. Shoot even the lettuce mayo and the fries. I normally order from serramonte but idk why stonestown was the location that popped up. Great steak is good but not from this stonestown location. DO ORDER FROM THE SERRAMONTE I've never had an issue with that location.

• DoorDash orderThe serramonte location is waaay better to order from as they actually serve the correct sizes. This location serves kids size as regular and the proportions are always so tiny like c'mon I aint tryna spend 10 bucks on a super skimpy sandwich. I just had a regular super steak from this location and it was the length of two car keys! there was more bread than fillings. It did not satisfy, and im already hungry again.. last time I ordered a regular from serramonte, it was a regular adult sized sandwich, and I was extremely satisfied with the proportions. Be wary of where you are ordering from! This location is not it...

• DoorDash orderOrder wasn't ready when I got there and it said my order was ready on the app, I had to wait 25 mins for my order to be made while waited. I'm pregnant and I was starving while waiting for my food.
