The Lemongrass Tofu is especially good with broccoli. This restaurant is delicious. I cannot recommend it enough.

Lackluster in flavor; I wanted to like it, but everything we tried was rather bland - and I sometimes like bland food!
The Egg Rolls (4 Pieces) were ok, but the Spring Rolls (2 Pieces) not for us.
The Crispy Squid was good, but not so crispy and the quantity was very small for the price. It was disappointing. .
The Beef Fried Rice and Combination Fried Rice seemed to lack seasoning.

Portion is waaay too small for the price. Pho 64 gives you a better portion tbh. And the broth isn't very warm. Had to put mine on the stove for it to cook the meat.

The Mi Dac Biet broth is so bland. The fish sauce for Eggroll is too sour and the peanut sauce is too salty. The Springroll looks beautiful but it is all filled with lectuce. I can't taste anything else but lectuce. Please do better.

Green bamboo has truly authentic vietnamese food. I love the store and the food. A recent change has been made to the spring rolls, they now have some kind of a crispy rolled up thing in the middle. I am not sure about it yet. I came on here to review because I was hoping we could get an add on to the door dash menu to request sauces? I cannot eat the spring rolls without the garlic chilli paste and the last order was not sufficient for dipping all that I ordered. I still love this restaurant and always suggest it to others.
